To manage online forms, it is strongly recommended that you create a function object of type "group" with the responsible form administrators for authorization assignment in the TUM Wiki.
The function object administrator of an organization is always responsible for creating function objects. However, if an organization does not have a function object administrator or if there are special groups of people that the function object administrator cannot create, the central IT-Support of TUM will gladly take over the creation in TUMonline.
If the group of people has been created with the form administrators, you must grant global permissions to this group in your wiki-space.
In each wiki-space or form-space created by IT-Support, the following groups are authorized as administrators by default.
Group of super-administrators (automatically entered by the system) | Members |
|---|---|
| confluence-administrators | Super-administrators LRZ |
| TUZEITZGV-0CONFLADM | Super-administrators TUM IT-Support |
It is recommended not to remove these two groups, because the members of these two groups may only access a wiki-space or a form-space for help with the explicit permission of the responsible wiki-space or form-space administrators!
If the group for form administrators has global authorization, this group must be authorized for each form page with the authorization level "Editing restricted" OR "Vieweing and editing restricted".
Once steps 1) to 3) from above have been completed, the creation of the online form can start.
