As an addition to specialized devices in the libraries (like the book eyes) and the office printers the university offers multifunction printers to all members of the university for easy printing, scanning and copying placed around the campus. With these printers you can print previously sent jobs, copy and scan documents authorized via your CampusCard or 'RZ-Kennung' (university username). These printers are placed commonly next to CIP-Pools, our libraries or special printing rooms. Employees can also use a internal cost center to pay.
For private usage the printing credit can be charged from the virtual purse on you CampusCard via dedicated terminals where you can load or unload the balance of your printing account.
