Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the steps involved in creating and implementing educational games designed to enhance patient's medicine knowledge and skills in hospital and reduce the stress of nurse. This tool can then be put into service or further developed by trainers who wish to use it for specialized learning in patient care. Therefore, we started with an experience of creating an educational AR and escape games for medicine teams, with a focus on patient's skills and patient safety. From an educational perspective, games can effectively improve individuals in various disciplines (medical and paramedical teams) in developing teamwork and communication skills. Furthermore, it appears to be an innovative addition to medical simulation-based training, enhancing and reinforcing conventional educational methods.
