Abstract

Traditional educational methods are becoming increasingly insufficient in response to the evolving demands of the global workplace, particularly in developing commu- nication skills. This thesis aims to enhance digital teaching by creating a prototype communication dashboard to improve student communication skills. The dashboard, based on theoretical research, utilizes data visualization techniques to give students insights into personal and team communication dynamics, promoting self-assessment and reflective learning. The research identifies communication parameters, data visual- ization techniques, and web technologies that can help reach this goal. The prototype demonstrates how digital tools can enhance communication skills learning. The absence of extensive user testing poses a limitation, as it restricts the complete validation of the dashboard’s effectiveness.
