Every personal university account (RZ-Kennung) has one or more email addresses. In addition to the standard UPN (@uni-a.de address), which is also used for two-factor authentication via Microsoft, other addresses like faculty or institutional addresses or, for long-standing students, the old ‘@student’ address can also exist.
To determine the UPN for 2-factor authentication, or for example to set up additional identities in webmail, you can simply use the central address directory to query all personal addresses.

- Open an login into the webmail portal: https://webmail.uni-augsburg.de
- Switch to the address book page via the corresponding button
- From the side menu bar select the "Personen" address book
- Via the search field search for your account (RZ-Kennung) and select the search result
- Your addresses are listed in the card on the right side
