The application requires uploading a signed commitment form which requires you to find an advocate (professor or other employee in a management position) at TUM:

Timeline 2026:

  • March 13 2026: Deadline for submitting applications to the StudiTUM selection process.
  • March 16 - 25 2026 (expected): StudiTUM Committee meetings (exact dates will be announced soon).
  • April 1 2026: Access to room booking privileges in the StudiTUM houses begins (valid until March 31, 2027).

Up to 40 accredited groups may be granted StudiTUM privileges for the 2026/27 academic year.
