Abstract
SwipeBike is a decision game that explains the Business Model Transformation of a bicycle manufacturer towards a service provider with the help of different tools and possibilities of action. We will explain everything step by step so that by the end of the game you know the most important aspects of Servitization (business model transformation). You can then apply the skills you have learned. During the game, you'll be able to choose a character in the company that will support you and for which you'll have to solve tasks and questions.
Before the game start, you will get an introduction to the game as well as some theory. So you know what you can do at any time. First, you will be introduced to a helpful management tool known as the Business Model Canvas. After that, you will be given some information about the company. With this information, you should be perfectly prepared.
We invite you to play the game and help us in our research activity! Any feedback is welcomed!
