Notes on the event
Building use
Only the rooms currently rented may be used. During normal business hours, we ask you to remain quiet in the building so that office operations are not disturbed. It is prohibited to stick posters, pictures, etc. on walls and glass surfaces. For fire protection reasons, escape routes and entrances/exits must be kept clear.
Equipment
Screens, bar tables, tables, chairs and coat racks can be rented upon request.
Furniture
The furniture must be returned to its original location after use as it was found. The furniture must be left after the event as it was found.
Cleaning costs
HfP/TTT reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning costs not included in the HfP Basic Cleaning Contract, if applicable.
Conditions:
Only the applicant is responsible for the event with all rights and obligations. It is not permitted to pass on the event permit. By signing this application, the applicant assumes responsibility for the inventory, the cleanliness of the rooms, the proper handling of the equipment provided as well as for the proper conduct and timely completion of the event. The approval can be revoked at any time. In case of revocation, any liability is excluded. Any taxes incurred are to be paid directly by the organizer.
