About the project

Project: Equilibrium is a fast paced bullet hell game with a twist: Initially, the player is able to attack enemies at will. Enemies do not retaliate directly, but some of them are capable of parrying the player's attacks, if they are not careful.
However, every few seconds the world transforms by switching from the previous state of Order to a Chaos state. During the chaos state, the roles of the player and the enemies are swapped, forcing the player into an adaptive and defensive stance. The two states swap back and forth every few seconds, leading to a fast gameplay where the player needs to be able to adapt to the situation on the fly.

The game features a tutorial and four levels with multiple enemy types as well as two bosses.
