Wenn Sie vor dem 01.10.2021 einen Antrag auf Eintragung in die Promotionsliste gestellt haben, ändern sich trotzdem einige Paragraphen der Promotionsordnung mit Wirkung vom 12.09.2021 mit allen Satzungsänderungen. Grund ist der § 29 der Promotionsordnung mit Wirkung vom 01.10.2021.
Diese Übergangsvorschriften aus §29 der Promotionsordnung 2021 bedeuten letztendlich, dass für alle Promovierenden die Promotionsordnung 2021 gilt, mit Ausnahme folgender Paragraphen: §6 Abs.2, §7 Abs. 3, §8 S.3 Nr. 1e, §11 Abs. 2 S. 4, §15 Abs. 3 HS 2, §16. Abs. 1 S.1 und 17 Abs. 2 (vgl. Abbildung):

If you have applied for registration in the doctoral candidacy list before 01.10.2021, some paragraphs of the doctoral regulations will nevertheless change. The reason is § 29 of the "new" doctoral regulations with effect from 01.10.2021.
These transitional regulations of §29 of the PhD Regulations 2021 ultimately mean that the Doctoral Regulations 2021 apply to all doctoral candidates, with the exception of the following paragraphs: §6 para. 2, §7 para. 3, §8 p.3 no. 1e, §11 para. 2 p. 4, §15 para. 3 HS 2, §16. para. 1 p.1 and 17 para. 2 (cf. figure):

Wenn Sie in die Promotionsordnung 2021 wechseln, werden das Feedbackgespräch und alle Publikationen (außer die im Status "veröffentlicht") in DocGS zurückgesetzt. Die Leistungen müssen den Anforderungen der Promotionsordnung und des TUM-GS Statuts von 2021 entsprechen. Zusätzlich müssen Sie entsprechend der Ordnung des GC-ED ein Seminar zur "Guten Wissenschaftlichen Praxis" absolvieren.

If you change to the doctoral regulations 2021, DocGS resets the feedback discussion and all publications (except those in "published" status). The achievements have to meet the requirements of the doctoral regulations and the TUM-GS Statute of 2021. In addition, you have to complete a seminar on "Good Scientific Practice" according to the GC-ED regulations.
