Please note that the COME master's program requires a strong background in engineering, structural and/or applied mechanics!.Therefore we require good grades in the fields mechanics, dynamics and mathematics. Furthermore you should have attended at least one programing course (e.g. C/C++).
Eligibility for the Master’s Program in Computational Mechanics is demonstrated by the following degrees:
- Civil engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
In general, eligibility for the Master’s Program can be also demonstrated by comparable degrees such as
- Aerospace Engineering
- Applied or Structural Mechanics
- Structural Engineering
- Engineering Mechanics
- Mechanical Engineering and Automation
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Naval Architecture
- Marine Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering and Production
Please note that applications with a degree from the following fields will be rejected, if you cannot provide a substantial background in the field of structural and fluid mechanics.
- Informatics
- Information Technology
- Electrical Engineering
- Communication Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
