Please note: As part of the application, Imperial applicants must submit confirmation (email is sufficient) from their Head of Department, director of the CDT, director of the DTP, or director of the research group – whomever has the funds to commit for the project – that funds for 75% of a studentship are available for the project.  Successful Imperial PIs will receive the remaining 25% of the studentship funding from central Imperial funds.

The data collected here will only be used within the scope of the application process.

JADS administrators as well as reviewers (personal data will be anonymised) and the selection committee will have access to the data.


Deletion

The deletion of the data is 4 weeks after the final selection of projects. Data from successful candidates will be kept to continue the collabration.

Consequences in case of missing consent:

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent – however, since the data marked as mandatory fields are required for submission, we cannot guarantee to take the application into account without consent.

  • a right to rectification or erasure or to limit processing or to object to processing

Consequences of revocation of consent:

As of receipt of the revocation declaration, your data may not be further processed and will be deleted immediately. Revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place up to that point. Please send the revocation to the address below.
