Ich erkläre hiermit, dass ich durch die Nutzung der HPC-Ressourcen an der Universität Augsburg nicht gegen geltende Exportkontrollvorschriften verstoßen werde. Im Besonderen:

  • Ich versichere, dass ich bei der Weitergabe oder Veröffentlichung von Ergebnissen, die für die in Kapitel 4 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a) beschriebenen Zwecke verwendet werden können, nicht gegen geltende Exportkontrollvorschriften verstoßen werde.
  • Ich versichere, dass ich entweder kein Staatsbürger eines Landes bin, gegen das ein Waffenembargo verhängt wurde, oder dass die Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojekts nicht mit militärischen Zwecken im Sinne von Kapitel 4 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b) verbunden sind.
  • Ich versichere, dass die Ergebnisse nicht gegen Embargobestimmungen verstoßen.

Ich werde die Universität Augsburg und die Leitung des HPC-Projekts über jede relevante Änderung an meinen Projekten unverzüglich informieren.

I hereby declare that I will not violate any applicable export control regulations by using the HPC resources of University of Augsburg. In particular:

  • I affirm that I will not violate applicable export control regulations in sharing or publishing results which can be used for purposes described in point (a) of Article 4 (1).
  • I affirm that I am either not a citizen of a country under an arms embargo, or that the results of the project research are not associated with military use as described in point (b) of Article 4 (1).
  • I affirm that the results do not violate any embargo regulations.

I will inform the University of Augsburg and the management of the HPC project immediately of any relevant changes to my projects.
