Abstract

A lot of IT-Projects fail nowadays because of poor management. To address this phenomenon a serious game will be developed, with content derived from Project Management Body Of Knowledge (Software Extension) book. It is going to teach to the current but also future managers the best practices and decision-making paradigms for real world challenges.
