General Information

This Access request is only for rooms and laboratories that are part of the ZEITlab.


To access the ZEITlab rooms and laboratories, please fill out this form (please log in with your TUM-ID).

All people (requesting users and supervisors) must log in at least once to be recognised by the wiki.


Please tell us why you need access. If we have any questions and the aim of your stay is unclear to us, we will clarify them in an in-person meeting.


If you just want to visit the cleanroom or have a look, please contact lab.lab@xcit.tum.de.


We reserve the right to revoke users' access to the ZEITlab facilities if they have not used the facilities for more than 6 months without prior notice. In this case, users will be asked to undergo a new instruction. Please plan your access request accordingly. For any questions on this matter, please ask ZEITlab staff (lab.lab@xcit.tum.de).

Information for TUM externals

For TUM externals, a few additional requirements are needed to access the ZEITlab facility.

Please contact lab.lab@xcit.tum.de directly and describe your situation, and we will do our best to help you.

If you have one name you prefer to be called, please let us know here (e.g. Ludwig Maximilian X Y wants to be called Max Y)
Please write your scientific project you work on, e.g. DFG, ERC, Fraunhofer, Chair for XYZ. Write "none" if not applicable.

(e.g. end of thesis, lab course, contracts)
Are you a Student of TUM and/or Employed by TUM
short description of expected work. e.g. lithography processes, deposition, measuring, enter shared Exp. AP etc.
Check, if you do not wish to get consultation by our ZEITlab Staff about the purpose of your request.
Multiple options possible. Keep in mind, some of the safety instructions come with a test.

The data collected here will only be used within the scope of the required security documentation for the cooperation in the ZEITlab.


Only ZEITlab employees and system administrators of the ZEITlab wiki are permitted to access personal data. Personal data is limited to the information you give in the form above.


Deletion

The data will only be deleted when a new version of the safety instructions in the ZEITlab becomes valid, as this documentation and data storage is mandatory.


Consequences in case of missing consent:

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - but as the data marked as mandatory fields are required for documentation, we cannot allow the use of the ZEITlab labs without consent.


Your rights:

  • a right for information
  • a right of rectification, erasure or limitation of processing or a right to object to processing
  • a right to data portability
  • a right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection

Consequences of revocation of consent:

From receipt of the declaration of revocation your data may not be further processed and will be deleted immediately. Revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place up to that point. Please send the revocation to the address below.
