Please read this information carefully before submitting the survey!

We offer a free bus transfer to the TUM Sustainability Day on 29 April 2026 from Straubing. Please register via the following form until 22 April 2026. A maximum of 50 seats can be provided - first come first served. If more people sign up than can fit into the bus, you will be put on the waiting list.

Due to a lack of reliability regarding attendance following registration at previous events, a deposit of €10 per person will be collected to prevent no-shows. The deposit will be paid back to you in the Bus. You´ll receive an email after the registration with details about the payment of the deposit. If you do not show up without notifying us in advance (due to illness, a clash of appointments, etc.), your deposit will be donated to the Green Office Straubing to support its sustainability projects.

Details about the ride:

Departure in Straubing: around 9:45 am at Uferstraße 53 → Arrival in Garching: around 12:00 noon at Boltzmanstraße 3
Departure at 18:15 in Garching after the end of the fair & impuls program → Arrival in Straubing app. 20:00

The exact times of departure will be announced later via an email!

Important

There is no entitlement to reimbursement of personal travel expenses if you choose to make your own way back or miss the bus!

Deletion

The deletion of personal data relevant under data protection law takes place 4 weeks after the event.

Consequences of revocation of consent

Upon receipt of the declaration of revocation, your data may not be further processed and will be deleted immediately. The revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your revocation to the address below.
