The application is completed by uploading the following form, which must be signed by five members of the group who are immatriculated at TUM (including the person submitting the application):

What will happen with your application?

After submitting this form, we'll create an agenda item for your group at the next meeting of the Council of Student Representatives (FSR). The deadline for applications for accreditation is 8 days before each meeting. You'll receive information about the meeting's time and location at least 6 days in advance of the meeting. Please note that meetings in September and October generally have very full agendas and that applications for accreditation are generally not handled there.

At the FSR meeting, your group will be asked to present itself briefly (5 minutes). In case you'd like to use slides, please submit them as a PDF here. Alternately, you can submit them (PDF, <1 MB) until 24 hours before the meeting via an email to hochschulgruppen-owner@fs.tum.de.
