Please use this form to register for the relAI Retreat, taking place from June 4th to June 6th at Hotel Schillingshof, Fallerstraße 11, 82433 Bad Kohlgrub.
Please also fill the form, in case you sadly cannot participate, so we can verify the mail has reached everyone.
Note: By default, we assume that you will need accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday. However, among the Fellows there sometimes are exceptions. Hence we explicitly ask here.

The Retreat will contain keynotes, lightning talks, plenty of time to network and discussions in unconference format, for which we have collected topic suggestions in a Google doc.
About the unconference:
In order to organise this a bit more in advance, we ask you to tick the topics you would like to contribute to or to suggest a further topic.
When we notice that the list of topics suggested in the Google doc has changed, we will add it to this form.
However, if you see a topic in the Google doc that is not yet listed here and would like to choose that, then please make a note in the Google doc and choose "Other" here.


1.1. Registration Form

Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby agree that the data collected here will be processed for the organization of the Retreat 2025 of the Zuse School of Excellence in Reliable Artificial Intelligence (relAI).

The deletion of the data will take place after the event.

Consequences in the event of a lack of consent

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent. You will then not be registered.

Your rights: Information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, complaint

Subject to the legal requirements exists

  • a right to information,
  • as well as rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or a right to object to processing,
  • and a right to data portability.
  • There is also a right of appeal to the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection.

Consequences of withdrawing consent

Once a declaration of revocation has been received, your data will be deleted immediately. The revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place up to that point. Please address the revocation to the address below.
