With your permission, your data will be collected, processed, and used for the following purpose: Organization of the TUM-IAS General Assembly 2025.

Your personal data will be collected, processed, and used in the context of the aforementioned objectives in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).
The collection, processing, and use of your data take place on a voluntary basis. You can revoke your consent at any time. However, please note that it is not possible to register for the event without agreeing to the TUM-IAS Privacy Protection Policy.

In the event of cancellation, your data will be deleted upon receipt of your notice.

The TUM-IAS General Assembly 2025 might be audio and video recorded and live broadcasted through web streaming. When attending this meeting you agree on the collection and on the processing of your personal data and on the publication of the audio and video recordings and web streaming.

During the TUM-IAS General Assembly 2025 photos will be taken. These will be used by TUM-IAS for public relations purposes, e.g. for documenting the event on the TUM-IAS website (www.ias.tum.de) or illustrating the TUM-IAS Annual Report.

I understand that I have the right, as a data subject, to access data relating to me, to be informed about the existence and the extent of the data processing, to rectify incorrect personal data, as the case may be, and to oppose further on serious and legitimate grounds.

If you do not agree with your image or voice being recorded and published, you will be able to watch the live-streaming of the event.
