Favorite aspect: I like the parodic aspect of the ongoing trend  grinning face with smiling eyes

Least favorite aspect: The overlap of streamers (like it is shown on slide 2) gets smaller and smaller, it might reduce the fun factor. Depending on your planned recursive depth you could arrange the streamers in a grid-like structure to keep things neat and tidy.

Suggestion: Encorporate gesture recognition, where certain gestures of streamers may overlap and give a certain bonus.

    1. I like the idea of a rythm game, because if the rhythms are nice it could be motivating to play for a long time.
And also its like a musicversion of "Ich packe meinen Koffer und nehme mit..." when the user has to remember the sequences, which i find quite nice
    2. I didnt really understand where the reactionvideo in each round comes from
    3. Have the player memorize the sequence like "Ich packe meinen Koffer und nehme mit...", this you could also easily make as round based multiplayer game

    Favorite Aspect:

Rythm aspect, as i think it offers a lot of gameplay fun even if repetition is a part of the game. I mean Osu is the perfect example! the game could be super fun for perfectionists

    Least favourite Aspect:

Dont quite see how you will Integrate the infinte looping of streamers.

    Suggestion:

Maybe add a Arrangement System like TikTok uses, where streamers are arrange side by side , so you get a more visual aspect.

I like the idea of mixed media and it will be fun to see how this comes out.  I like the total creativity.

Be sure to include "Skandal im Sperrbezirk" and some video of Donald Trump and Charlie Chaplin.

Favorite aspect: I like the creativity and that the chain reaction aspect is about humans.

Least favorite aspect: Most rhythm games are based on music. I do not know what the selling point of your game is if there is not much music to choose from or if the music is not the focus.

Suggestion: I would keep the game fun and meme-y and not make it too serious.

Favorite aspect: The recursive reaction loop within a rhythm game is a unique and creative gameplay concept.

Least favorite aspect:  The button sequence mechanics could feel too predictable and repetitive.

Suggestion: Emotional modifiers that affect the rhythm would introduce more variety and challenge.

Favorite aspect: Very original idea, lot of potential for a very funny game. I think it could also be thought as a meme video factory where the player builds crazy combinations looking for maximizing the satire.

Least favorite aspect: Maybe after the first or second attempts to keep up with the rhythm the game can become a bit repetitive if the player doesn't get a series of reactions that make something funny.

Suggestion: Maybe adding some extras around to the normal gameplay can be funny. We already suggested incorporating hands gestures which could a bit complicated. Maybe having some option to throw some memes (that you receive like cards) into the run for saving a failed rhythm or doing combos can be funny. Maybe you could also think for some easy voice recognition for some keywords, although from the top of my mind I cannot remember any reaction that was so iconic I could remember a peak moment.

    Favorite Aspect:
The recursive reaction loop within a rhythm game is a unique and creative approach. I love how it plays on human reactions and integrates a fun rhythm aspect. It feels fresh and has a lot of meme potential, which could appeal to a wide audience.

    Least Favorite Aspect:
The button sequence mechanics could become predictable and repetitive, especially if the rhythm game doesn’t have enough variability or complexity in its gameplay loop. Overlapping streamers may also reduce clarity and visual appeal as more are added.

Favorite Aspect: A really interesting idea

Least favorite aspect: Worried that it might make the gameplay experience repetitive, but I seldom play Rhythm Games so I'm not sure if it would be that.

  10. Jialin Yang sagt:

Favorite aspect: A novel understanding of "Chain Reaction" :)

Least favorite aspect: The combination of button-based input and rhythm concept may pose a challenge in selecting videos.

Suggestion: Since players' input are just buttons for emotions, the contents and logic should be attractive enough to make it fun to play, carefully select videos and organize enough surprises in the relation of reactions. Fun idea overall!

  11. Mahdis Sabzevarzadeh sagt:

Favorite aspect a very unique and original idea

Least favorite aspect button sequence/ reaction to the selected videos might get repetitive

Suggestion maybe you can do a cool down timer for a certain button sequence. For example, if the button mapped to happy emotional response was selected last, in next round the player cannot use it for one round and is forced to use other reactions.

  12. Yaxuan Dai sagt:

Favorite aspect: The reaction of the previous streams could be to A, B, or the reaction from B to A, and this gives the reaction itself a larger room and its cool.

Least favorite aspect: I am unsure how a player could interact with this gameplay. If one is giving reaction to a stream over and over again, will he or she memorize something and then get familiar or get tired of it?

Suggestion: I might not fully understand how this idea be revolved by a rhythm game right now, but I do would like to provide an idea that a piece of music is made of many tracks of different instruments. So, will merging previous streams and current reactions just like merging tracks be considered as a generation method of the current stream?

  13. Andrey Roytman sagt:

Most favorite aspect: fun and crazy concept

Least favorite aspect: susceptibility to repetitiveness, it can be very hard to avoid it or play around it and make fun.

Possible change/addition: making each stream continue playing instead of repeating when a new level of reaction is introduced might make it possible for previous patterns to change and possibly develop, so it would keep time continuity and might reduce repetitiveness.

  14. Cynthia Drews sagt:

    Most favourite aspect:
A really fun and unique idea! I can imagine a similar style to Friday Night Funkin, with a cool, simple pixel art style that takes the reactions to the extreme.

    Least favorite aspect:
The current ideas of how the game loop works. It could get repetitive pretty quickly. As reaction videos are very different. There are short films, podcasts with multiple people, people reacting to the previous reaction and the video itself or giving their own opinion on it while stopping in the middle, and even videos that are basically a meme on a previous reaction. I would experiment in that sense.

    Suggestions:
Therefore, I would recommend increasing the difficulty over time by introducing different formats that have their own reactions and timing. For example, the next sequence would be a 4-streamer podcast where you have to hold down a button for streamer 1, tap three times for streamer 2, and so on. I think a controller-based game would be cool, so you could add other movements too, like a cursor circle left and right or switching between L and R buttons. Reminds me of the mini-games in Mario Party.
    That would provide more variety.
It would be cool to add not just emotion-based personality types, but specific sub-genres that people are familiar with to make the patterns easier to remember. Or you could add different reaction main topics to the level such as songs, new games or series, comedy or animal videos, etc.
