Sobald die Promotionsurkunde im Original im Büro des GC-ED in der Innenstadt vorliegt, werden Sie per E-Mail benachrichtigt, dass Sie Ihre Urkunde persönlich abholen oder gegen Vorlage der Vollmacht abholen
lassen können. Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihre E-Mail-Adresse in DocGS aktuell ist.
Zur Abholung werden hier immer wieder aktualisierte Timeslots angeboten. Bitte verwenden Sie ausschließlich dieses Tool, um einen Termin dafür zu buchen:

Handing over of the doctoral certificate at the TUM School of Engineering and Design
As soon as the original doctoral certificate is available in the GC-ED office in the city center, you will be informed by e-mail that you can collect your certificate personally or have it collected upon presentation of the
power of attorney. Please ensure that your email address is up to date in DocGS.
