Export data of a mini database

Each online form created with the macro "ConfiForms" contains its own mini database in which the entered form data is stored. The content can only be viewed and exported by authorized persons (space administrator, persons (groups) authorized by the responsible space administrator).

  1. Call up the online form whose mini database you want to export.
  2. Click on "Register" and log in with your TUM ID and TUM password (if not already done).
  3. Within the online form a button with a cogwheel symbol now appears. Click on this button and select "View / edit stored data" from the menu.
  4. You will now be shown the entered data in table form.
  5. Scroll to the end of the table and click on the "Export" button and select the "XLS" option.
