Please note that all online forms in which personal data are requested must contain a form element (mandatory field) (e.g. of the type "checkbox group") for the confirmation of the declaration of consent to the processing of personal data by the user, as well as a macro (e.g. of the type "warning") including the data protection declaration in text form. The online form may not be used without this form element AND the text of the declaration of consent!

1) Insert form element (e.g. of type "Checkboxgroup")

  1. Call up your Wiki page with the online form, log in with TUM ID, TUM password (if not already done) and click on "Edit".
  2. Within the "ConfiForms Form (Definition)" macro, click with your mouse where you want to insert the "ConfiForms Field (Definition)" macro.

  3. Call the macro "ConfiForms Field (Definition)" and set the settings according to the following table. Finally, click on "Save".

2) Insert macro (e.g. of type "Warning") for your declaration of consent

If the form element has been inserted at previous step 1), a macro (e.g. Warning) including the declaration of consent in text form must now be inserted.

  1. Click with your mouse below the "ConfiForms Registration Control" macro where you want to insert your macro for the declaration of consent.

  2. Call your preferred macro and insert it.

  3. Now click with your mouse in the macro just inserted, insert your declaration of consent in text form and click on "Save".

Löschung

Folgen bei fehlender Einwilligung:
Sie haben das Recht, dieser Einwilligungserklärung nicht zuzustimmen - da für die Anmeldung zur Veranstaltung jedoch die als Pflichtfelder gekennzeichneten Daten erforderlich sind, können wir ohne Einwilligung keine Platzzusage vornehmen.

Ihre Rechte:

  • ein Recht auf Auskunft
  • ein Recht auf Berichtigung oder Löschung oder auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung oder ein Widerspruchsrecht gegen die Verarbeitung
  • ein Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit
  • zudem besteht ein Beschwerderecht bim Bayerischen Landesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz

Folgen eines Widerrufs der Einwilligung:

Ab Zugang der Widerrufserklärung dürfen Ihre Daten nicht weiterverarbeitet werden und werden unmittelbar gelöscht. Durch den Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt. Den Widerruf richten Sie an untenstehende Stelle.

Deletion

Consequences in the absence of consent:

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - however, since the data marked as mandatory fields are required to register for the event, we cannot complete your registration without your consent.

Your rights:

  • a right to information
  • a right to correction or deletion or restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
  • a right to data portability
  • there is also a right of appeal to the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection

Consequences of withdrawing consent:

As soon as the cancellation notice is received, your data may not be processed further and will be deleted immediately. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your cancellation to the address below.
