Emptying a mini database

Each online form created with the macro "ConfiForms" contains its own mini database in which the entered form data is stored. The content can only be viewed by authorized persons (space administrator, persons (groups) authorized by the responsible space administrator). For data protection reasons, all form data must be deleted manually by the responsible space administrator or a person authorized by him/her as soon as the online form has fulfilled its purpose.

  1. Call up the online form whose Mini-DB you want to empty.
  2. Click on "Register" and log in with your TUM ID and TUM password (if not already done).

  3. Click on "Form:" and select "Cleanup API" from the menu.

  4. Finally, click on "Remove data".

Please note that the complete mini database of an online form will be emptied and the data irretrievably deleted. If necessary, export the contents of the Mini-DB in advance.
