Each online form created with the macro "ConfiForms" contains its own mini database in which the entered form data is stored. The content can only be viewed by authorized persons (space administrator, persons (groups) authorized by the responsible space administrator).

Viewing data of a mini database

  1. Call up the online form whose mini database you would like to view.
  2. Click on "Register" in the top right corner and log in with your TUM ID and TUM password (if not already done).
  3. Within the online form a button with a cogwheel symbol now appears. Click on this button and select "View / edit stored data" from the menu.
  4. You will now see a table containing the entered data.
