As a member of TUM (employee, student) you can create a so-called "personal wiki-space". This is your own private wiki-space within the TUM-Wiki.

Create a personal wiki-space and remove super-administrators

  1. Go to the TUM-Wiki, click on "Register" and log in with your TUM ID and your TUM password (if not already done).
  2. Click on your personal profile icon in the top menu to the right of the search field and select "Add personal space" and click "Create".

Please note that after the creation of a personal wiki-space, it is not yet completely personal, because by default the super-administrators are automatically created by the system with administrator rights. You have to remove the super administrator rights once!

  3. Within your personal wiki-space, click on "Configure wiki-space" in the lower left corner and select "Permissions" from the menu.
  4. Click on "Edit permissions" in the "Groups" area.
  5. Enter your TUM password in the input field "Password" and click on "Confirm".
  6. Click on "Deselect all" for the two super-administrator groups in the table below:

Group of super-administrators (automatically entered by the system)Members
    TUZEITZGV-0CONFLADMSuper-administrators TUM IT-Support
    confluence-administratorsSuper-administrators LRZ
  7. Click on "Save all".

Open a personal wiki-spce
