This form involves mainly four steps as described below
- The host completes and submits this form, and then optionally may also fill out guest details in behalf of the guest in the redirected form.
- An email prompts the guest to provide additional information through another form and the guest makes the final required submission.
- The submitted information is validated by the designated personnel specified by the host in the first form.
- The compiled and validated data is then automatically forwarded to the school's office for processing. If applicable, a usage contract is also sent to the guest for signing, which should then be forwarded to the hosting unit for safekeeping.
