Authorized institutions – such as employers, further education institutions, or government authorities – have the option to request verification of the study periods and the degree obtained at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). This includes the examination and confirmation of the authenticity of the academic degree.
To process such a request, we require a handwritten and signed authorization from the student. Without this authorization, we are not permitted to disclose any information to third parties due to data protection regulations.
Please note that we can only verify periods of study and degrees that were completed or awarded by the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
