Background:

Regarding the review meeting in Austria at GHE, we have now received confirmation from our project officer. She would prefer the week from 15th to 18th of July. Her preferred dates are 16th to 17th of July. This would mean that the meeting would take place before the general summer vacation.

On this day, each WP leader would give a 10-minute presentation followed by a discussion on the tasks completed in the second reporting period. This will be followed by a factory tour at Global Hydro.

In addition, we would hold our General Assembly after the Review Meeting. This would allow us to use the two days efficiently.

We need to know by the beginning of next week whether you will be available on the 16th and 17th of July. Otherwise, you can choose two consecutive days between 15th and 18th of July.

It will be a hybrid event so that partners who are not present in person can also take part online.

Please vote by 2nd of May so that Global Hydro and TUM has enough time to organize the event.
