Your data will be deleted 4 weeks after the last event of the ECOLOPES Talks series.
If you have opted for the ECOLOPES Newsletter, the data collected will only be used within the framework of the ECOLOPES Project.
This includes in particular:
- Use for the administration of registrations
- Contacting regarding further ECOLOPES TALKS and events
In this case, your data will be deleted 4 weeks after the termination of the ECOLOPES project
Only the organisers of the event have access to the personal data.
Consequences in the absence of consent:
You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - however, as the data marked as mandatory fields are required for registration for the event, we cannot confirm a place without consent.
Your rights:
a right to information
a right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
a right to data portability
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection.
Consequences of revoking consent:
From receipt of the declaration of revocation, your data may not be further processed and will be deleted immediately. The revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your revocation to the address below.
