Wie kann ich eine "persönliche Kennung" in eine "Funktionskennung" umwandeln und umgekehrt?

"Functional account" and "personal account" are types of LRZ accounts. The article What are the types of LRZ accounts? summarises the accounts types. The type of account should only be edited with good reason, e.g. if the associated mailbox is obviously used as a functional mailbox (secretary's office, dean's office,...).

As a master user, you are currently not able to convert personal accounts into functional accounts or vice vera in the IDM portal 2. Please contact the LRZ-Servicedesk.

Please note: A personal account must fulfill the following requirements in order to be converted into a functional account:

1. It is not administered externally by LMU, TUM, HM, HSWT or another university (not "imported").
2. It must not have permissions that are reserved for personal accounts (e.g. BayernShare Sync+Share, Linux Cluster)
3. Its owner must not already be the owner of another function account.
4. Your owner must not already be the owner of a second or third personal account.
5. It must not have master user permission.
