314 - Login im LRZ Sync+Share-Client schlägt fehl trotz eingetragenem Passwort
Solved
This problem is solved since the release of the LRZ Sync+Share client (v15+).
In the LRZ Sync+Share client, the password field is filled out with "**************" (see screenshot). This gives the impression that the password is still contained here. But this is not the case! The LRZ Sync+Share client does not store any passwords, so you have to delete the content in the corresponding field first and then enter it again.
From time to time, the LRZ Sync+Share client will require a re-authentication despite stored credentials. The authentication token, which was created at the first successful login, must be renewed periodically. It is generated in the background and has a lifetime of 90 days.
