IMPORTANT:
Everybody can access and view your scanned documents as long as they stay in this folder. Therefore, please transfer your scanned documents immediately to your own computer (“cut & paste”). If you only copy the document, it will remain in the scanner list and can be read by any user.

Fax
There is one analog fax line connected to the IPP telephone system. The outlet is in the printer room (019), to which a Canon i-Sensys L120 fax machine is connected.
To send a fax, put the paper in the document scanner tray, type in the fax number (with a leading zero), and press the Fax button. Receiving works automatically, the phone/fax number is 089/3299 4002.
Poster Printing
Posters can be printed for example at the LRZ just across the street in Boltzmannstr.1 for details please read the page at the LRZ page

SMART Board
To use the SMART Board (meeting room number 101) entirely you have to install the SMART Board software! You will find the software on the nas science server (folder: shared) nas.ads.mwn.de\tuph\ucl\science\shared
For using the SMART Board you have to connect the VGA-cable and the USB-cable to your computer.
For directly access to the SMART Board, there is a computer in the corner which is fully installed. Username: Universe Password: Cluster
