Use for the administration of registrations
Use for the organization of the process within the Deutsches Museum, e.g. to announce latecomers when informing the Deutsches Museum
Contacting participants as part of the event organization, e.g. in the event of a child's illness, an unforeseen event that makes it necessary to cancel the course, or an emergency
Access to personal data is only granted to the organizers of the event, including the information desk at the Deutsches Museum, which you can contact on site. Deletion
The data will be deleted at the beginning of each year, i.e. no later than one year after the workshops have been held (i.e. beginning 2025 for workshops in 2024).
Consequences in the absence of consent:
You have the right not to consent to this declaration of consent - however, as the data marked as mandatory fields is required to register for the event, we cannot confirm a place without consent.
Your rights:
a right to information
a right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
a right to data portability
you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection
Consequences of withdrawing consent:
Upon receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, your data may no longer be processed and will be deleted immediately. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your revocation to the address below.
