Annual reports are used to show the Student Representation that your group is still active and continues to conform to our guidelines. As a result, some questions from the accreditation proces are repeated. Please therefore take into account information found at https://www.sv.tum.de/en/sv/student-groups/accreditation/.
Every accredited student group must submit an annual report by September 30 of each year. Annual reports must be handed in proactively by student groups, there is no entitlement to reminders about this process.
A forgotten or late submission will lead to loss of the status as an accredited student group.
Regarding contents of your group's annual report: We're interested in getting a short overview over your group's activities in the past year (or since your accreditation). This encompasses the development of membership numbers, changes in leadership positions or contacts, projects, events etc. In particular, according to our guidelines, your group must have organized at least one event or activity open to all students. Additional important information is gathered directly via the form (e. g. current email address).
