General Information
April 1st is obligatory as registration date so that master theses are written parallely to the six-month program.
Please note, that for the batch starting January 1 and July 1, only Startup Creation Track or Entrepreneurship Support Track is possible. The Tech Venture Challenge is offered only once per semester (i.e. twice per year), starting April 1 and October 1.

Declaration of consent

The data collected here will only be used in the context of the application for the TUM Entrepreneurial Masterclass as well as within the scope of a possible participation in the program.

This includes in particular:

  • Administration of the applications
  • Contacting applicants as part of the selection process
  • Administration of the participants and alumni
  • Contacting of participants and alumni

Access to the personal data will be granted to the organisers of the programme and members of the selection committee. Furthermore, they are passed on for the above-mentioned purposes (esp. administration and contacting of participants and alumni) to the corporations listed below, which belong to the UnternehmerTUM network:

Deletion

The deletion of the data is carried out upon request or in case of a negative reply within 4 weeks after the notification.

Consequences in case of missing consent:

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - however, since the data marked as mandatory fields are required for the application for the program, we cannot grant a place without consent.

Your rights:

  • a right to information
  • a right of rectification or erasure or a right to limit the processing, or a right to
  • a right to object to data processing
  • a right to data transferability
  • in addition, you have a right of appeal to the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection

Consequences of revocation of consent:

From receipt of the declaration of revocation your data may not be further processed and will be deleted immediately. Revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place up to that point. Please send the revocation to the address below.
