I agree that my data will be collected, processed, and used by the HfP for the following purposes:
Graduation Ceremony - Registration and event administration
Your personal data will be collected, processed, and used in the context of the aforementioned objectives in accordance with the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG), as well as based on the legal basis for making and publishing recordings reflecting the character of the event, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GPDR.
Additionally I aknowledge that pictures and/or videos of me and my guests will be taken during the event and may be used for publication on the website & social media pages of the Munich School of Politics and Public Policy (Hochschule für Politik München) and may also be stored for this purpose and be made accesible for all graduates who attended the graduation ceremony. The processing of photos and/or videos (collection, storage) is based on the express consent of the person(s) concerned, therefore in accordance with Art 6. (1) lit. a GDPR.
Through use on the Internet, photos and / or videos can be accessed and stored worldwide. Corresponding data can thus also be found via so-called "search engines". It cannot be ruled out that other persons or companies may change these images and/or videos and use them for other purposes. In addition, the data can often still be accessed via the archive function of search engines even if they have already been removed or modified from the above-mentioned websites.
You can revoke your consent at any time without any adverse consequences.
