Helper registration for the graduation party

You can sign up here, if you want to help at the ASG graduation party on the 14th July 2023. Times are the following:

2 pm (maybe later) - 7 pm: building up the bar, music, pizza tent and tables, make everything ready

7 pm - 10.30 pm: party

11 pm - 1 am (latest): clean up

Dresscode. smart casual

As we can not guarantee you to get the shift, you prefer, you are able to select one second wish for a alternative shift and two shifts, that you are NOT able to attend.

We'll inform you, for which shift we registered you.

Use for the administration of registrations
Contacting the participants within the scope of the organization

Only the organizers of the event will have access to the personal data.

Deletion:

The deletion of the data takes place 4 weeks after the event.

Consequences of revoking consent:
