To better understand the need for data transfer solutions at the TUM School of Life Sciences we would like to ask you a few question about your typical usage requirements.

5.How much data storage would you need temporarily, i.e. until data have been moved elsewhere? *

Would you require a solution for sensitive (e.g. pseudonymized patient) data? *

7.Would you be willing to share the costs for such a solution? *

8.If yes, how much would you be willing to spend per TB per year (number in €)?


III) Declaration of consent:

Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data

The data collected here will be used only within the "Bioinformatics Symposium".

This includes in particular:

  • Use to manage registrations
    • Contact the participants within the framework of the organization

The organizers of the event from the Graduate Center Life Sciences and the responsible technical staff at Weihenstephan Information Technology have access to the personal data.

Deletion

The data will be deleted 4 weeks after the event.

Consequences in the absence of consent:

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - however, since the data marked as mandatory fields are required to register for the event, we cannot add you to the list of participants without your consent.

Your rights:

  • a right to information
  • a right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
  • a right to data portability
  • there is also a right of appeal to the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection

Consequences of withdrawing consent:

Once the declaration of revocation has been received, your data may not be processed further and will be deleted immediately. The revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place up to that point. Please address the revocation to the address below.
