Declaration of Consent
Declaration of Consent *	I have read the following the declaration of consent.

Data obtained by this registration form will only be used for the purpose of coordinating the ED
Buddy Program.

This includes in particular:

Selection of Buddies/Incomings.
Contacting Buddies/Incomings.
Matching of Buddies with Internationals.

Only coordinators of the ED Buddy Program will have access to personal data.

Deletion

Data is deleted routinely after 6 months.

Consequences of absence of consent:

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data.

However, data marked as mandatory fields are essential for the selection process of the ED Buddy Program. Without your consent, we cannot match you with a Buddy/Incoming.

Your rights:

right of access to your data
right to have your data corrected, blocked or erased
right to restrict or object the use of your data
right of data portability
right of appeal to the Bavarian state representative for data protection

Consequences of revoking the consent:

As soon as we receive your statement of revocation, your data is not to be used anymore and will be deleted immediately. By revoking your consent, the legality of processing your data before the revocation is not affected. Please address your revocation to the contact stated below.
