I like your wiki entry in general because it is short and compact with many important informations. Here are some more thoughts:

• the amount of pictures in the surgery part is really good as an illustration
• it's great that you used anchors to switch between different parts of the wiki for revision
• you could add a bit more information in the chemotherapy part regarding for example cytostatics vs. cytotoxics and systematic vs. local delivery
• it would be nice to include one or two examples of clinical trials and newly researched studies on brain tumor treatment in addition to your description of commonly used treatment methods

All in all you did a good job!

In addition to what Christine said, I would like to point out that I really like the structure of your wiki. Each topic is a well-strucutured overview. Maybe you could add the distinction between conventional and non-conventional methods to structure the topics.
Furthermore, if you added some newly researched topics it would make this one perfect in my view.
