Several novel technological tools are used to enhance brain tumor treatment. Imaging technologies are getting better and better and are frequently used for diagnosis, planning of a treatment but also more and more during the procedure. Merging of pre- and intraoperative imaging or embeding previously taken pictures into the reality offers new opportunities for brain tumor treatment.
