I hereby consent that my personal data may be processed for the purpose of the registration to the 4th TUM virtual Campusrun 2024 organized by TUM: Junge Akademie. The data will be deleted after 3 months when the application process has come to an end.
I have been informed that the processing of personal data is executed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bavarian Data protection Act (BayDSG).
At any given time, I can withdraw my consent without any effect on the legitimacy of the processing of my data based on the prior consent until my withdrawal of consent based on article 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Upon receiving my notice of withdrawal of consent, the controller will directly delete all of my personal data from their data set.
By law, participants have a right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection to processing or data portability. Furthermore, they have a right of complaint and participants have the right to appeal to the Bavarian commissioner for data protection.
