Data Protection 
I agree that the personal data I provide through this survey will be used solely for the purpose of receiving information about the event.

This includes:
  • Manage registrations
  • Contacting registrees and send further information

Only the database administrators have access to the personal data shared in this form.

Deletion
  • The data will be part of a contact list of participants. The database will be deleted after the event happens.

Consequences of lack of consent

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent. However, since the data marked as mandatory is required to register for the event, we cannot include you without your consent.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have:
  • a right to information
  • a right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing
  • a right to object to processing
  • a right to data portability
  • a right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection

Consequences of revoking consent

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Upon receipt of the revocation notice, your data may no longer be processed and will be deleted immediately of our database.
