This is managed locally, see Admin LRZ Accounts for details. still necessary unfortunatly because the LRZ needs it for our voip telephones, the LRZ accounts are no longer relevant for network storage access (former "gfiler"). They are still necessary for LRZ compute services.

Once all of the above are done (or at least decided), see Admin Telephone Registration for how to register a new telephone.
an account on the website
This is done by anybody with administrator privilege on the website. The username and password for the internal pages are generated automatically and synchronized also with the integrated Indico server, so that the new user can also view internal events and create own events. The login information is sent to the eMail address given at registration of the user and also displayed on screen.
