Criteria

If you believe your initiative aligns with the themes covered by the TUM Sustainability Ecosystem, we would be glad to include it.

To be considered, your initiative should meet the following criteria:

  • Relevance: The initiative aligns with at least one of the six themes (Circularity & Consumption, Energy & Buildings, Mobility, Nature & Health, Technology, Society & Governance) & contributes to the related SDGs.
  • Affiliation: The initiative is connected to the university/campus in some way (e.g., led by students, staff, researchers, or a campus-affiliated group).
  • Active status: The initiative is currently active or ongoing (not a one-time past event, unless it has lasting impact or resources still relevant today).
  • Public information: Basic contact information (email, website, or social media) is available so visitors to the map can reach out or learn more.
  • Sustainability focus: The initiative has a clear, demonstrable connection to sustainability, whether environmental, social, or economic. Sustainability must be one of the initiative's primary objectives rather than a secondary outcome.

Use the form above to submit your initiative!

Sidenote: Please feel free to share the platform with other sustainability-related initiatives at TUM that should be represented as well.
