Registration form for the Raitenhaslach Aneurysm Workshop organized by the chair for Numerical Mathematics of TU Munich.

If you plan to attend the workshop, either in complete or also just on selected days, please fill out the following form till 01.06.2025 for a binding registration. After the registration deadline is over we will write approval emails to all participants that we can accomodate. Attendance is only valid with such a received approval email. The main facts about the workshop are:

  • When: From Monday 28-th of July 2025 - Thursday 31-st of July 2025 (partial participation is possible as well)
  • Where: TUM Akademiezentrum Raitenhaslach (a historic monestary complex around 6 km from to the city of Burghausen → Google Maps directly at the German-Austrian border)

The workshop hotels

  • Gartenhotel Salzach garni (Germany) - (In case of self-booking: 87,74 € p.P. per night + 5,34 € for breakfast)

  • Hotel Burgblick (Austria) - (In case of self-booking: 98,40 € p.P. per night + 5,39 € for breakfast)

are located within the city of Burghausen with daily transfer from the hotels to the venue in the morning, and vice versa in the evening, being organized. Breakfast will be at the hotels individually, lunch and dinner is served jointly at the venue. If you have specific food requirements, please specify those in the respective form below. 

Agenda: The workshop will roughly be divided into two parts: At days 1 & 2 the interdisciplinary exchange will be in the foreground, by means of individual presentations of research topics and questions as well as the assessment of new challenges or collaborations. On days 3 & 4 more direct interactions are planned such as joint paper writing, concrete model development / discussion and coding sessions. Cost coverage: Per invited group, the hotel stay (incl. breakfast) of one group member is covered by the workshop budget. Of course, the participation of also more than one group member is possible, having to book the hotel-stays on their own (cost). Lunch, dinner as well as food/drinks during the coffee breaks for all participants are also convered by the workshop budget. The daily joint transfer between the workshop-hotels and the venue is also covered by the workshop budget for all workshop members. Individual transportation or travelling costs unfortunately can not be guaranteed to be covered. This also holds true if you stay at some self-financed hotel which is none of the workshop hotels. 

If you are paying for your hotel stay by yourself, after the registration deadline, together with the approval email we will let you know a booking keyword for the hotels to get access to our room contingent for self-booking guests.

Please fill the form for each participating person individually, i.e. also if more than one person from your group will take part.

Duration of your participation
As mentioned above, the hotel stay of one member per group/chair can be covered by the workshop budget. If you attend with more than one person per group, please let all further people select the second option for self-booking.
Please check all days that you WILL attend (even if just partially). If you are booked on workshop budget (first selection option directly above) we will book the hotel stay for you accordingly for each night in between the selected days. If you are self-booking (second selection option directly above), please book the hotel accordingly by yourself, but still let us know the days of participation for our content organization.

Food requirements
Please select all meals that you want to take. Breakfast is separated from this list, as it is served at the hotel and connected to your hotel booking.
With a maximum of two menus per meal, if you see yourself in a cathegory in between 'Vegan' and 'No restrictions' such as vegetarian or pescetarian, please choose the vegan option as well.

Declaration of consent for data storage and processing

The data collected here will only be used for the organization of the event. 

This includes in particular managing the registration for the workshop and contacting the participants in case of questions about further details.

Only the event organizers have access to the personal data, uploaded files and all information you submit through the form above. 

A list of names of all participants will have to be given to the workshop hotels (see above) in order to reserve rooms for the guests there. Guests names and institutions might also appear on name-tags (conference badges) as well as extended agendas (e.g. list of talks etc.).

Deletion

The data will be deleted latest one year after the end of the event.

Consequences in the absence of consent:

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - however, since the data marked as mandatory fields are required to register for the event, we cannot complete your registration without your consent.

Your rights:

  • a right to information
  • a right to correction or deletion or restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
  • a right to data portability
  • there is also a right of appeal to the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection

Consequences of withdrawing consent:

As soon as the cancellation notice is received, your data may not be processed further and will be deleted immediately. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your cancellation to the address below.
