Onboarding team member

The data collected here will only be used within the framework of the organisation of the admission and stay of a team in the FACIT.

This includes in particular:

• Use for the administration and admission of a team
• Contacting participants as part of the organisation during the stay
• Coordination of the participants with UnternehmerTUM

Only the employees of FACIT - Food & Agro Center for Innovation and Technology have access to the personal data.

Deletion
The deletion of the data takes place 3 months after termination of the user agreement.

Consequences in the absence of consent:
You have the right not to consent to this declaration of consent - however, as the data marked as mandatory fields are required for the stay during the duration of the user agreement, we cannot allow admission as a team member without consent.

Your rights:

• a right to information
• a right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
• a right to data portability

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection.

Consequences of revoking consent:
From receipt of the declaration of revocation, your data may not be further processed and will be deleted immediately. The revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your revocation to the address below.

Einwilligungserklärung zur Verarbeitung persönlicher Daten

Die hier erhobenen Daten werden nur im Rahmen der Aufnahme- sowie Aufenthaltsorganisation eines Teams im FACIT verwendet.

Hierzu gehört insbesondere:

• Verwendung zur Verwaltung und Aufnahme eines Teams
• Kontaktieren der Teilnehmer im Rahmen der Organisation während des Aufenthalts
  
• Koordination der Teilnehmer mit der UnternehmerTUM
  

Zugriff auf die personenbezogenen Daten erhalten lediglich die Mitarbeiter des FACIT - Food & Agro Center for Innovation and Technology.

Löschung
Die Löschung der Daten erfolgt 3 Monate nach Beendigung der Nutzungsvereinbarung.

Folgen bei fehlender Einwilligung:
Sie haben das Recht, dieser Einwilligungserklärung nicht zuzustimmen - da für den Aufenthalt während der Dauer der Nutzungsvereinbarung jedoch die als Pflichtfelder gekennzeichneten Daten erforderlich sind, können wir ohne Einwilligung keine Aufnahme als Teammitglied zulassen.

Ihre Rechte:

• ein Recht auf Auskunft
• ein Recht auf Berichtigung oder Löschung oder auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung oder ein Widerspruchsrecht gegen die Verarbeitung
• ein Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit
• zudem besteht ein Beschwerderecht beim Bayerischen Landesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz

Folgen eines Widerrufs der Einwilligung:

Ab Zugang der Widerrufserklärung dürfen Ihre Daten nicht weiterverarbeitet werden und werden unmittelbar gelöscht. Durch den Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt. Den Widerruf richten Sie an untenstehende Stelle.
