  1. Book your appointment online at the Citizen Office of Munich
  2. Required documents for your personal appointment:
    1. Registration form
    2. Valid identity document (passport, identity card, children's passport) of all persons moving in with you (birth certificate for infants if no identity document is available yet).
    3. Confirmation from the landlord (Normally, the landlord will give you a confirmation when you sign the contract. If not, you can ask him to fill in the form "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung")
