Peer Program

Would you like to become part of the Peer Program and support first‑semester students and/or incoming exchange students – for example by helping them find their way around campus or TUMonline, exploring the city and region together with your Freshie, and giving tips on everyday life in Munich and Germany?

Then please fill out the form below! We will get in touch with you by September at the latest, after the first‑semester students and incoming exchange students have contacted us.

The kick‑off event will take place on October 6, 2026 (day of the first‑year orientation events). Please save the date!

The data collected here will be used exclusively by the Student Office of the TUM School of Medicine and Health
(https://www.mh.tum.de/mh/tum-school/struktur/student-office/) for the organization of the Peer Program.
The personal data you provide will be used solely for the following purposes: contacting participants during the implementation of the program and for matching. Only the personal data necessary for these purposes will be collected.
You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent. However, since the data marked as mandatory is required to participate in the program, we cannot consider your application without your consent.
Personal data is accessible only to the responsible staff members of the Student Office.
Data processing is subject to the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) and the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG).
You have the following rights at any time with effect for the future: access, rectification, objection, deletion, and restriction of processing. Please contact peer.sto(at)mh.tum.de. If you request deletion, your data will be deleted immediately. Otherwise, the data will be deleted three years after the end of the program.
